jalte man pe gir gir sulge!!

saans k bandhan tod na ja rey...!!

O baanwre...tora meet kahan rey?

rasta roke poochhe mo se...
panchhi.. nadiya.. pawan k jhonke!!

naino me ek jot jaraye
birha ki andhi raat na jaaye!!
torii ek ek baat sataye!!
more jiyaa me aag lagaye!!
karwat karwat yaad rulaye!!!

Nazr-e-Aligarh

        Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru  Aligarh Muslim University  tashreefaawar the tab unhone talabah aur intezaamiya se unke college taraane ke baare me daryaaft kiya, magar koi pukhtah jawab na pakar unhone ye kahte huye izhar-e-ta'ajjub kiya "badi hairat ki baat hai ke ek izzat ma'aab bawaqaar University ka apna koi tarana nahi " Pandit ji ka ye  bayaan ek talib-e-ilm ko bechain kar gya  aor us shab-e-iztaraab  ki agli subah wo apne shaahkaar ke sath tayyar tha , Nazr-e-Aligarh wahi shahkaar hai aur wo taalib-e-ilm koi aur nahi  mash-hoor-o-ma'aroof shayar Majaaz lucknawi the .

       Nazr-e-Aligarh 1936 me likhi gayi aur baad me ise University ne talkhees karke na sirf ye ke apna tarana banaya balki apne bulbul  har dil azeez shayar Majaaz ko a'zaaz bakhsha!
yun to urdu badi sheeri'n or ma'asoom zabaan hai magr jab ye tarana ek sath buland aawaaz me mil kar gaaya jata hai to koh-e-garaa'n ko hilane ki quwwat rakhta hai!! Munjamid daryaaon ko bahane ki sakat rakhta hai!!  Ek josh ek junoon ..kuchh kar guzrne ka jazbaa!!! ek aesi kaifiyat jo alfaaz ki zabaan-o-bayaan se bahar hai..!! jiski tamazat jiski shiddat se Aligarians bakhubi waaqif hain!!!!! or yahan mujhe ye kahte huye fakhrr mehsoos ho rha hai ke mai Aligarian hun !!!

University me mun'aqid koi taqreeb AMU tarane ke bina mukammal nahi, ye mehaz ek nazm nahi ek jazbah hai ,AMU ki rooh ki aawaaz hai ,aab-e-hayaat hai Alig biraadri ke liye, khwah umr ka koi padao ho..duniyaa ka koi gosha ho, agar ksi Alig ki sama'at se ye tarana takra jaye to wo wahin munjamid ho jata hai, lahu josh maarne lagta hai , rooh tadap uth ti hai ke use uski maadr-e-darsgaah pukaar rahi hai.......!!!

ye meraa chaman hai meraa chaman, maiN apne chaman kaa bulbul huuN
sarshaar-e-nigaah-e-nargis huuN, paa-bastaa-e-gesuu-sumbul huuN
(chaman : baa gh; bulbul : nightingale; sarshaar : mast,nashe me choor;  nargis : ek qism ka phool; paa-bastaa : embedded; gesuu : tresses; sumbul : a plant of sweet odor)
har aan yahaaN sehbaa-e-kuhan ek saaGhar-e-nau meN dhaltii haikalioN se husn tapaktaa hai, phuuloN se javaanii ubaltii hai
(sehbaa-e-kuhan : puraani sharab; saaGhar-e-nau : naya jaam)
jo taaq-e-haram meN roshan hai, vo shamaa yahaaN bhii jaltii hai is dasht ke goshe-goshe se, ek juu-e-hayaat ubaltii hai
(taaq-e-haram : vault in the sacred territory of Mecca;  dasht : sehra ; goshaa : corner; juu-e-hayaat : zindagi ki nehar)
Islam ke is but-Khaane meN asnaam bhii haiN aur Aazaar bhii tahziib ke is mai-Khaane meN shamshiir bhii hai aur saaGhar bhii
(but-Khaanaa : mandir; asnaam : idols(moorti); Aazaar : Abraham’s father, an idol-worshipper; shamshiir : sword; saaGhar : jaam)

(shaam-e-Misr : egypt ki shaam; shab-e-Sheeraz : shahar sheeraz(Iran) ki raat; soz : dard)
ye dasht-e-junuuN diivaanoN kaa, ye bazm-e-vafaa parvaanoN kii ye shahr-e-tarab ruumaanoN kaa, ye Khuld-e-bariiN armaanoN kii
(dasht : sahra, wilderness; junuuN ; bazm : mahfil ; vafaa : faithfulness; tarab : khushi ; Khuld-e-bariiN : jannat ka sbse ooncha muqaam ; armaan : hope)
fitrat ne sikhaii hai ham ko, uftaad yahaaN parvaaz yahaaN gaaye haiN vafaa ke giit yahaaN, chheRaa hai junuuN kaa saaz yahaaN
(fitrat : nature; uftaad : beginning of life; parvaaz : flight; saaz : song on an instrument)
is farsh se hamne uR uR kar aflaak ke taare toRe haiN nahiid se kii hai sargoshi, parviin se rishte joRe hain
(farsh : base; aflaak : aasmaano ke ; nahiid : Venus; parviin : sitaron ka jhurmut)

har aah hai Khud taasiir yahaaN, har Khvaab hai Khud taabiir yahaaN tadbiir ke paa-e-sangiiN per jhuk jaati hai taqdiir yahaaN
(aah : sigh;  paa-e-sangiiN : firm footing; ) 
zarraat kaa bosaa lene ko, sau baar jhukaa aakaash yahaaN Khud aankh se ham ne dekhii hai, baatil kii shikast-e-faash yahaaN
(zarraat : dust; bosaa : kiss; baatil : evil; shikast-e-faash: clear defeat)
is gul-kadah paariinaa meN phir aag bhaRakne vaali hai phir abr garajne vaale haiN, phir barq kaRakne vaali hai
(gul-kadah : bagheecha ; pariinaa : qadeem; abr : cloud; barq : bijli)
jo abr yahaaN se uThThega, vo saare jahaaN par barsegaa har juu-e-ravaan par barsegaa, har koh-e-garaaN par barsegaa
(abr : cloud; juu-e-ravaan : flowing streams; koh-e-garaaN : big mountains)
har sard-o-saman par barsegaa, har dasht-o-daman par barsegaa Khud apne chaman par barsegaa, GhairoN ke chaman par barsegaa

Urdu aur Mai..

Khamosh Nazar

Aesi   nafaasat  aur  kahaa’n
Aesi nazaakat aur kahaa'n
Kaano me joo’nrass tapka de
Honto’n ko phulon sa khila de
Aesi  halaawat  aur kahaa’n
Ghairo'n ko apna jo bana de
Ghusse ko paani jo pila de!!
Aesi zaba’n koi aur kahan..!
Ye urdu zabaa’n hai urdu zabaa’n!!

          Urdu zabaan se mera ta’alluq shuru dino'n se hi rha hai, aur ye ta'alluq  dilchaspi ki hado'n se guzarta hua mohabbat ke aqdaar ko ja pahuncha..jise mazeed jila bakhshte huye Aligarh Muslim University ki fazaao’n ne parwaan chadhhaya. Aur is muhabbat ka sabab hai is zabaan ki jaazbiyat, iski nazaakat-o-nafaasat…jo halaawat ke saath roooh me utarti chali jati hai.

Muhaqqiqeen ki raaye me Delhi sultanat ke daur me urdu ka wajood amal me aya, “urdu” Turki zaban ka lafz hai jiske lughvi maani “lashkar” ke hain, shuru me ye ek lashkari zabaan thi (the language of [army] camp) , kyonke lashkari amla qaumi aur bain-ul-aqwaami afraad  per mushtamil tha jisme Turki,Arbi,Faarsi.. se lekar Sindhi, Sanskrit, Punjabi, Dehelvi.. zabaan ke bolne wale shamil the , jinhone na sirf ek doosre ki tehzeeb-o-tamaddun se tabadla-o-istafadah kiya balke unke alfaazon ko bhi apnaya aur is trah  ek nayi zabaan ka farogh amal me aya,jo aahista aahista apni khoobiyon ke sabab  ksi khaas qaum-o-millat se ooper uth kar apne pankh phailaati gayi or har aaam-o-khaas ki zaban banti gayi…apne taqreeban 900 baras k safar me isne bahut se nasheb-o-faraz dekhe…Delhi sultanat se lekar ,Mughaliya hukumat dekhi, angrezi daur bhi dekha, phir wo 1857 ka Ghadar...tehreek-e-aazadi ke sho'ley …aur aazaad hindostaan!! Pas mukhtalif zamane ke aitbaar se log isme shamil hote rhe ,iski wus’at ko mazeed gehrate rhe aur ye kaarwan aaj bhi batadreej jaari hai ….aur inshaAllah jaari rahega... :)

filwaqt mujhe Shaharyar sahab ka ek shai’r yaad arha hai jise mai urdu k zaaviya-e-nazar se dekh rha hu- 

" Ek Tum hi nahi tanhaa ulfat me meri ruswaa
Is shehar me Tum jaise deewane hazaron hain”


Ye blog Meri urdu muhabbat aur is  shiree'n zabaan ko seekhne ke amal me ek chhota sa qadam hai ,mai chaahta to ye tha ke urdu tehreer me hi apni baat aap tak pahunchaaun magar blog me urdu rasm-ul-khat ki sahoolat ke bawajood kuchh diqqat pesh aarahi hai, isliye roman script se hi iktifaa karna hoga, phir bhi meri hatt-ul-imkaan koshish rahegi ke sahi alfaaz talaffuz ke sath aap tak pahuncha sakun taaki urdu ki chaashni aur aapki dilchaspi barqaraar rahe...  ummeed karta hun aapko ye meri adna si kaavish pasand aayegi :)

Pesh Lafz

Khamosh Nazar

Azeez doston,
Meri chhoti si dil-o-nazar ki duniya me aapka tah-e-dil se khairmaqdam hai :)
Mai koi bazaabta writer to nahi  lekin apne ehsasaat ko alfaaz ka jama pehnane ki koshish karta hun.., urdu adab me dilchaspi ke sabab padhne ke sath sath kuch likhne ki bhi khwahish bedaar hoti hai,wo kahte hain na jise padhne ka shauq hota hai use kabhi na kabhi likhne ka zauq bhi…to isi khwahish ki taskeen-o-takmeel ke liye apne ehsasaat-o-takhayyulaat ko qalam k lahu me jazb karke lafzon me jaan dalne ki koshish karta hun..,kabhi ye koshish kaamyaab ho jati hai aur kabhi safhon me hi dam tod jati hai.
Alhamdulillah..ke Allah ne insaan ko nazar ata ki jiske bina insani tasawwur hi tareek hai ! jiske hone se zindagi hai, kaayenaat raushan hai, is basarat ke sath khuda ne insaan ko baseerat bhi enayat ki  jiska ta'alluq qulb-o-aqal se hai,jo poshidah nazar hai jise dil ki beenaai, aqal ki daanaaee bhi kaha jata hai , zaahiri nazar ke bar'aks iski wus'at mahdood nahi, jo har shai me pinha kai aur rang kai aur pehluon se raushnaas karati hai,phir wo shai chahe koi insani shakhsiyat ho ya qudrati takhleeq ya qaul-o-hikayat ho, Jaun Elia hon ya Iqbal hon, soch ke naye zaaviye kholte huye aqal k parde hatati hai aur khoob samajh me aane lagti hai.
Pas mai bhi apni khamosh nazar se koshish krta hun mushaahide ki,un baton un pehluon ko chhoone aur samajhne  ki jo bazahir nazar nahi atin lekin agar aqal-o-khirad pe zor dalen to sab aashkara hai-

"Uski nigah me bujhte charaghon ka tha guma'n
 Uski     hansii     mei     karah  aansuon     ki thi
 Ahl-e-mahfil   ko   wo    bada khushbash sa laga
  Ahl-e-nazar   ki  nazar  uski gustakhiyon pe  thi"
